How do I book a table?

Can we just turn up?

Walk-ins are always welcome. At busy times, there may be a wait from 10 up to 20 minutes, but we’ll get you sitting down and eating as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may request your table back after 1-1.5 hours if there are lots of people waiting (don’t worry about feeling rushed: there should be plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed meal).

Can I book on Facebook?

Yes we do take bookings online via facebook messanger , please message us at (facebook.com/HoaSenLondon)

 

What if we’re running late?

We’re always happy to hold your table for 15 minutes from your booking time. If you are running late please give us a call and we’ll do our best to fit you in anyway. If you are late more than 15 minutes and have not informed us in advance, please note we will have to cancel your reservation.

What if I need to change my reservation? 

Please try to give us at least one day’s notice of changes or cancellations. If that’s not possible, just call us when you can and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.

We’re celebrating. Can we bring a group? 

Absolutely – we love a good party! Please email us or call us so that we can reserve a table for your party.

To secure your group reservation of more than 8 guests, we need a fee of £10/pp to be transferred to our account as soon as the booking is made – This booking fee will be then deducted from the final bill. Please note that if more than half of guest don't turn-up or none of the guests turned up your booking fee will be lost.  

 

Is there a minimum spend for groups?

 

There is £25 - £45 per person minimum spend for the groups

 

What if we want to host a private party or a corporate event?

 

We’ve got a private dining room at our restaurant. All we ask is a guaranteed minimum spend during your time with us. Get in touch with us for more details at hoasenrestaurantuk@gmail.com

 

Can we bring a cake?

 

You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cakes (and baby food for any little ones), but we’ve got a great selection of food and drink, so please don’t pack a picnic!

 

How do I change our reservation? 

 

Please let us know by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to the final number of guests or dietary requirements.
